Okay folks, we're thinking about what times work best for our club meetings. 5, 6, or 7pm.

It's also good for the classics if people who bring them want to get home before dark. Those things don't see too well with antique lighting.

As of right now, the poll on the Facebook page is:

    5 p.m. -- 12
    6 p.m. -- 3
    7 p.m. -- 1
    No preference -- 3

Is the plan to push towards social media outlets for club correspondence and notifications?
If so, there are many that don't prescribe to social media and will be lost in the process.

No, the forums and club emails will still be active and encouraged. Facebook is just another great way to reach out and share information.

No not the case......this is the Official Site, Facebook is just another outlet to visit. Sensitive information (Club Specific) will be here, and here alone. Scoot will be running stuff through Bill & I on a routine basis to what we post on Facebook.

Speaking of meetings, is there a meeting this Saturday (the 9th)? It's not listed on this website to have a meeting this week but a meeting for this Saturday is listed on the Facebook page.

There isn't an official meeting this Saturday, but there is a great Event on Sunday at the Juke Box Diner in Manassas!!!! I remember seeing something on Facebook about an informal gathering at the Jukebox Diner on Saturday, but I don't know if that is still occurring. Next NVMC Meeting is set for April 23.

Hmmm, 619 registered members and we have 23 responses, where are the other 500+ responses ? We as a club really have to do better at making the Club better, this is troublesome.

There's roughly 130 active accounts on the club website (considering "active" as anyone who's posted in the past 4 months). The rest are inactive/archived/etc.

We'll never get 100% voting, even if the poll was mandatory.

Thats why we would make the voting a requirement before you get access into the website, lol
