• Pre-Paying for Drag-Day with PayPal

For those looking to pre-pay for upcoming Drag-Day events, you do have the option to pay via PayPal online. Here's what you need to do:

First, it's probably a good idea to reach out to Ceece (enforcir@gmail.com) and let him know you're coming so they have an accurate count and ensure your name is on the list of pre-paid folks.

Second, you need to pay. You can pay in cash at the club meetings ($50), or online through PayPal ($52), or pay more ($75) at the gate of the dragway. All PayPal payments need to be made at least a couple days PRIOR to the day of the event.

To send in a prepayment using PayPal:

    1. Log into www.paypal.com

(If you don't have a PayPal account, it's quick to set one up, free, and safe. All you need is 2 minutes and a card of some kind [credit, debit, etc])

    2. Once you're logged in, you should see a button called "Send Money":

    3. This takes you to this page:

    4. In the first field (To) put in Enforcir@gmail.com

    5. In the next field (Amount) put in the prepayment amount $52.00.
    6. The bottom half is where you can list your full name, contact # and car info so that Ceece knows exactly who you are and the type of car you are bringing to race.

    7. Click Continue.

    8. Next page you'll be asked to confirm the amount, and select what account you want to pay with (if you have more than one registered). Pretty self explanatory at that point. You will have the chance to write a note if you want, like "This is for the April 17th drag day at Mason Dixon."

    Hit submit and you're done.

Using PayPal for events is the best option for both the NVMC and you. If for some reason the Drag-Day gets cancelled, you can have your money refunded immediately through PayPal, or it can be kept in reserve for the next Drag-Day.

As always, if you have any questions please reach out to an NVMC staff member or email us at info@northernvirginiamustangclub.com

What about a day at Summit Point? We could do a Hooked on Driving event so we dont have to worry about arranging the track for us alone. Bruce Anderson

I might try and schedule another trip up to White Post Restorations in September. We did this run in 2016 and it was a lot of fun.
